I can tell you're not sad anymore
from the way your lips move
and the tears streaming from your eyes
I can tell you're not depressed anymore
from the lines in your face
and the sounds of your sighs
I can tell you're not angry anymore
from the forceful sounds you emit
and the way your voice cries
I can tell your spirit is lifted
because you laugh hard with me

Not certain if this is sarcasm or the revelation of the emotion means the person has reached breaking point and is now returning to normal.
:) Actually, the person is laughing the whole way through the poem.
